Meet Our Trauma Counselor

I offer personalized telehealth therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming space for healing that honors diverse cultures, identities, and communities.

Our Approach

Confidential Teletherapy

Your story is yours—and I honor that. In every teletherapy session, I prioritize your privacy and create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly heard. What you share stays between us, always.

Empathetic Support

Empathy is at the heart of how I show up for you. In our virtual sessions, I create a space where you can feel truly heard, seen, and supported—just as you are. You’re not alone in this journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you.

Personalized Telehealth Care

I meet you where you are—right from the comfort of your own home. Through telehealth, I offer support that’s tailored to you and what you’re going through. Whether you’re interested in EMDR, mindfulness, IFS, DBT, CBT, or simply need tools to manage stress, we’ll decide together what fits best for your unique needs and goals.

This is your space to breathe, to feel safe, and to begin your healing journey at your own pace.

What if I am not ready to talk about difficult topics?

You get to start wherever feels right for you. Some people begin by sharing everyday moments, positive, simple things, and that’s perfectly okay. As you start to feel more comfortable, we can gently explore the harder stuff at your pace.

My role is to support you, offer suggestions, and gently challenge you toward growth, but you’re always in charge of what healing looks like for you.

How do I schedule an appointment? How does scheduling work once I start my first session?

Taking that first step toward therapy doesn’t have to be hard. Just click the ‘Start Your Journey’ button to view my calendar and book your session—it’s quick, simple, and the first step forward.

Not quite sure yet? You’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk, answer your questions, and see if we’re the right fit.

Once you’re ready to begin, we’ll work together to create a schedule that fits your life and budget. Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, but we’ll continue to adjust based on your needs, progress, and what feels right for you.

What to Expect During a Teletherapy Session?

During your teletherapy sessions, you’ll have a safe, supportive space to speak freely about your concerns. You’re always welcome to ask questions, request feedback, and share what feels helpful—or what doesn’t. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your voice matters every step of the way.

My role as your counselor is to offer guidance and evidence-based suggestions, but together we’ll explore what truly fits you. Growth isn’t always a straight line, but therapy can be a meaningful journey of discovery, healing, and self-awareness.

Good Faith Estimate You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who donʼt have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (615) 988-4763.
