therapist to address symptoms of trauma,

I help people struggling with life transitions, anxiety, panic attacks, fears, or trauma that may be affecting their potential in life and/or relationships. Those who don’t resonate with “just cope” therapy and are ready to focus on themselves.

My Therapy Approach  It’s Designed for People Like You

Feel More in Control of Your Emotions. No more riding the emotional rollercoaster alone. Therapy helps you understand what’s going on beneath the surface so you can respond with calm instead of panic.

Break Free from the Patterns That Keep You Stuck. You don’t have to keep repeating the same stress cycles. Therapy gives you tools to shift the thoughts, habits, and fears that are quietly running the show.

Create Deeper, Healthier Relationships. Whether it’s with friends, family, or future partners, therapy helps you trust, communicate, and connect without shutting down or second-guessing yourself.

Get Back to Who You Are, Before the Overthinking Takes Over. You don’t have to hustle for your worth. Therapy helps you reconnect with your values, your voice, and the version of you that feels clear, grounded, and free.

Good Faith Estimate You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who donʼt have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (615) 988-4763.
